| Blue Dart Expands Its Reach Into The South |
|
Blue Dart Express Limited, India's largest integrated air express and logistics
company, is increasing its network and services to meet the requirements of
far-flung secondary markets. It has set up its own office at Thirubhuvanai, an
active industrial hub, 25kms. away from Pondicherry. It has also tied up with
Lakshmi Agencies, a Regional Service Participant (RSP), in Valparai to service the
large tracts of Tea, Cardammom and Pepper plantations in the South.
These strategic moves have extended its services and reach to customers at
remote locations, and consolidated Blue Dart's already dominant position in the
domestic express market.
Increasing RSP arrangements across the country is leading to rapid expansion for
Blue Dart, strengthening its leadership in the industry. Blue Dart currently has a
38% share in the domestic market, and its continuous commitment towards
understanding the needs and concerns of the customer has enabled it to provide
unmatched standards of service quality with over 99.95% reliability levels in the
express industry. Over the years, Blue Dart has continuously pioneered and
