Blue Dart, as part of its new year celebrations signed Regional Service Participant
(RSP) agreements with M/s SAFE HANDS to service the areas of Hoogly, Nadia,
North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, as well as areas around Kolkata and
Howrah, and M/s VISHAL INTERNATIONAL to service the area of Malda.
"These alliances with M/s Safe Hands and M/s Vishal International will establish
strong connectivity networks in the east for all our customers across the country",
said Mr. Amod Dasgupta, Vice President (East), Blue Dart Express Limited. He also
stated that, "At Blue Dart, all our business plans and strategies are focused on
providing the customer with `real value' and these new alliances will help in the
extension of our range of high quality services. Blue Dart is looking forward to a

The areas that will benefit from these alliances include Hoogly which abounds with
relics of foreign settlers, Mayapur in the Nadia district which is the headquarters of
ISKON, Howrah, famous for the Howrah Station and Howrah Bridge, the North
24-Parganas including the areas of Parmadan, Barrackpore and Bidhan Nagar, the
South 24 Parganas including Diamond Harbour, Gangasagar, Bakkhali, Frasergunj,
Sanjnekhali and Gosaba, and Malda which is the largest agricultural area among all
the districts in West Bengal.
